Potted smoked mackerel – Chargrilled heritage courgettes spelt & Westcombe ricotta – Potted beef & bacon with Yorkshires

MAINS

Royal bream with garlic, rosemary & chilli – 35 day dry-aged Rump (300g) – Heritage beetroot salad, ash baked & pickled with Beenleigh blue
Plus one side: Triple cooked chips – Baked sweet potato – Creamed spinach – Lettuce & herb salad

Plum pie – Sticky toffee pudding – Strawberry & white chocolate cheesecake with toasted cobnuts
