If you are reserving a table for 9 people or more, we will kindly ask for your credit or debit card details at the time of booking.
We are unable to confirm your reservation until we have received your credit card details.
For bookings of 9 or more guests we require 48hrs notice for cancellation of your booking. If you cancel within 48hrs of the time of your reservation, we charge a fee of £25 per head within 48 hours of your request.
In December only, for bookings of 9 or more guests, a deposit of £200 will be taken. We will take the deposit from your bill on the day of your reservation.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the time and date of the reservation, we will keep the full deposit.
If you are booking one of our Private Dining Rooms, the restaurant different minimum spends will apply specific to the date, time, room you are reserving and the restaurant it is in.
Taking the deposit will involve charging your card when you are not present. Should you require a receipt for the deposit payment, please let us know. In order to do so, we must share your email address with our third party payment-handling service, Stripe. These details will not be shared any further.
We cannot accept credit card details by email so we will charge your card while you are on the phone on the day you make the reservation.
Your deposit will be taken from the bill on the day of your reservation.
Should you wish to cancel your booking within the aforementioned cancellation period, we will refund the deposit to the credit or debit card used to secure the reservation within 48 hours of your request.
