Important notification from Hawksmoor

We’ve been made aware that our restaurant has been subject to a phishing scam, which means someone was able to gain access to a small part of our restaurant database for a very short time. As a result, bookings made directly with us or through online reservations may have been accessed, along with your contact information and reservation details. Most of our bookings do not require a credit card; however, if you did give one, the last four numbers might be accessed. No other details have been compromised.

Please rest assured that no other details have been accessed, and this only had the potential to affect a small number of customers. Unfortunately, you may have been one of them.

If you receive a call from anyone purporting to be Hawksmoor or OpenTable, please end the call. We will not ring, nor will we ask for credit card details or any other personal information.

We have worked with OpenTable to check our entire database so that we can notify you and any customers that were potentially affected immediately. All access and passwords to our database were quickly reset.

We want to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we hope that it won’t impact your experience of dining with us. If you have any questions, please email privacy@thehawksmoor.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Also, we will be in touch should we have any further updates.
