Cocktail Hour

This month we are working with Never Never gin.

Based in McLaren Vale, near Adelaide, Never Never is the brainchild of three friends, George, Sean & Tim who combined a love of brewing, hospitality and bartending as well as a family background in distillation.

Never Never is named after a colloquialism for the Aussie bush and the gins in the range are a celebration of antipodean flora. We have created three cocktails with the wonderfully intense Never Never Triple Juniper which packs a really botanical punch even when used in our lighter, fresher cocktails.


We’ve turned cocktail hour into cocktail hours. From 4pm till 7pm, you’ll try innovative creations found nowhere else. Our guest cocktail programme will feature lesser-known distillers that our team admire, with new drinks introduced every four weeks.
