Our Journey To Net Zero

Hawksmoor became carbon neutral six months ago and with that we kicked off our sustainability plans and science-based targets to get to ’net zero’ by 2030, with big impact projects that involve everyone from company directors to kitchen porters.

It’s an exciting time to be shaping the way we run our business, so that we can grow with integrity, and we’re thrilled to have been noticed for the work that’s already underway by some highly esteemed publications like The Standard, Manchester’s Finest, Edible Edinburgh and Fine Dining Lovers.
