Are you ready for the ultimate Hawksmoor meal? As part of the Manchester Food and Drink Festival 2017, we’re introducing our new six course tasting menu: Feast of Beasts. This special menu is a true celebration of beef with dishes including Ox Bone Tea with Bread and Dripping, Txojitxu Beef Ham and Pickled Carrots, Tartare with Ox Heart Tomatoes or Woodman Mushrooms, Whole Roast Turbot for the table with Bone Marrow and Penny Buns, Bone-In Prime Rib with Beef Shin Macaroni, Beef Dripping Chips, Greens and Salads and Marrow Crème Brûlée to finish. The evening will begin with welcome drinks at the bar, before moving through to the intimate setting of our private dining room to enjoy the menu, paired with specially chosen wines. This is the first time Feast of Beasts will feature at Hawksmoor Manchester, so don’t waste any time. You’re in for a treat!
