American poet and satirist Dorothy Parker loved a martini. “I like to have one, two at the very most,” she said. “After three I’m under the table, after four I’m under my host.”
We know some of you go mad for great martinis, too. Bone dry and oh-so strong – just like Parker’s poetry. That said, we get that they’re not to everyone’s palate, which is why we’ve created a fruit-forward ‘wet’ martini.
This mellow ode to the classic is joined by a few other big hitters in our new summer cocktail menu: the aviation, bloody mary and Aperol spritz have also been reimagined in lighter, longer drinks for warmer days.
But which one suits you and your taste buds best? Take our summer cocktail questionnaire and find out.
