Smokehouse Supper Club with Laphroaig
Hawksmoor Guildhall will be hosting an event with Laphroaig on Monday 7th October for London Cocktail Week, showcasing their range of Whisky paired alongside Hawksmoor classics. On the line-up we have David Miles from Edrington-Beam Suntory, Laphroaig’s Whisky specialist, that will talk you through their products and brand history.
Enjoy smoked peanuts on arrival with Laphroaig Old Fashioned & smoked marshmallow, followed by 3 courses including Hawksmoor smoked salmon paired with Laphroaig Quarter Cask, a range of cuts such as Porterhouse, Chateaubriand & Prime rib, alongside macaroni cheese, beef dripping fries & creamed spinach accompanied by Laphroaig Triple Wood, and to finish, a Sticky Toffee Sundae with butterscotch sauce, paired with Laphroaig Lore.
