Hawksmoor Edinburgh would like to invite you to an evening of feasting and imbibing, in honour of the legendary Rabbie Burns. For one night only, our team will serve up an exclusive menu created by our Executive Chef Matt Brown, guiding you through Hawksmoor’s take on a proper Burns Night feast.
On arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome drink featuring a Johnnie Walker blend created exclusively for the event to pair with our Haggis & hogget nuggets. You will then be seated where you will enjoy Whisky cured Scottish salmon with crowdie and tattie scones.
After that, the real feasting begins with beautiful cuts of Highland Prime Rib of Beef accompanied by Ash baked neeps & tatties, Fried onion & bonemarrow skirlie, Celeriac & Spenwood salad as well as Beef dripping Lorne sausage & whisky peppercorn sauce.
In case that wasn’t enough, we’ll then take you on a journey of whisky and cheese before concluding the evening with Pear tart & Scottish heather honey.
Each course will be paired with unique Johnnie Walker tipples, curated just for this event by our bar team. We will also have our wonderful Johnnie Walker ambassador there on the evening, guiding you through each drink as its served.
