On the last Friday of every month we host a supper club in The Cooks’ Room at Hawksmoor Borough; an intimate private dining room for up to 20 people with an open kitchen, where our chefs and friends cook exclusively for you and your guests.

On Friday 25th October we’ve got a special 5 course menu with cocktails & free flowing wines hosted by 2 Michelin starred chefs – our very own Matt Brown and our friend Mark Sargeant.

In 2011, Mark opened the award winning harbourfront restaurant, Rocksalt in Folkstone, providing seasonal menus with a strong ethos on local provenance. Rocksalt has been awarded numerous accolades, including 2 AA Rosettes, plus 4 AA stars for Rocksalt Rooms. He also opened The Smokehouse, serving fresh fish and seafood from Britain’s coasts. Mark didn’t stop there with the launch of Plum + Spilt Milk, GNH Bar and Kiosk at the Great Northern Hotel in Kings Cross in 2013, followed by his first pub in 2015 – The Duke William, in Ickham, Kent, and The Wife of Bath in 2016. His most recent venture in 2018, brought modern British dining at the iconic Tower of London with the launch of ‘Sargeant’s Mess’.
