Hawksmoor St Pancras opens its doors on 25th December – for the very first time
We all have that one wish for Christmas.
Ours was to open our brand-new restaurant, Hawksmoor St Pancras, in time for the festive season – a feat The Spirits somehow pulled off in a record six weeks.
For many of you, that wish has always been a proper Hawksmoor Christmas. On Christmas Day. And now, it’s finally happening.
For the very first time ever, we’re opening our doors on Christmas Day, inviting you to celebrate with your loved ones in our newest and most beautiful restaurant — a setting truly worthy of the occasion.
Expect everything that makes Hawksmoor, Hawksmoor: exceptional food, generous hospitality and an atmosphere filled with warmth and festive spirit.
Three indulgent courses, welcome drinks, canapés, a proper Hawksmoor Christmas roast, desserts, cocktails, champagne, oysters — the lot. All set against the backdrop of what might just be the most spectacular dining room in London.
We absolutely cannot wait to welcome you for a Hawksmoor Christmas we’ve been dreaming of for years.
Christmas Day Menu at St Pancras
Yes, yes — we know. We’ve always said, ‘we don’t do Christmas menus at Hawksmoor’. But just this once, we’re breaking our own rules so you can enjoy the ultimate Christmas feast.
After canapés and welcome drinks in our beautiful Martini Bar, you’ll make your way into London’s most stunning dining room for a festive feast that unfolds at a relaxed, joyful pace.
Begin with oysters served simply with crème fraîche and caviar, followed by sweet, delicate roast scallops. Then comes the centrepiece: our traditional Christmas Rib Roast, carved and served exactly as it should be. Prefer something else? The elegance of Dover sole or the comforting richness of a Winslade Wellington awaits — we’ve thought of everything.
As the afternoon gently rolls on, enjoy a generous selection of Hawksmoor desserts, warm mince pies and, as one final festive flourish, a box of our famous salted caramel rolos to take home — a little reminder of the day, long after the last glass is raised.

A Few Things to Know
As you can imagine, Christmas is a truly special day for us and availability is very limited.
Please read our terms & conditions below before enquiring:
- Bookings for Christmas Day can only be made by emailing Christmas.stp@thehawksmoor.com
- Maximum table size: 14 guests
- Two sittings available: 12:30pm & 2:00pm
- Children’s menus (for under 12s) are available
- Menus are priced as £200 per person (adults) and £75 per person (under 12s)
- Pre-order only
- All dietary requirements must be confirmed in advance, and a minimum of 2 weeks prior to Christmas Day.
- No other food menus will be available on the day, unless arranged at the point of booking
- Bookings are first come first served
- Full payment is required to secure the booking
- No substitutions or additions will be available on the day
- Cancellation policy: We understand plans can change. We just ask for a minimum of two weeks’ notice for any cancellations, as this special day requires careful planning. Cancellations within 14 days will be subject to full charge.

Alongside the restaurant, you’ll find The Martini Bar, an incredible high-ceilinged bar and terrace that we’re hoping will become the best place in London for Martinis, classic cocktails and the best bar food in the country.
