Set within one of London’s most extraordinary buildings, The Martini Bar is a new kind of Hawksmoor bar — high-energy, high-quality and designed for every kind of moment. Inside the gloriously decorative, high-ceilinged room, complete with an outdoor terrace and DJ stage, we’re creating what we hope will be the finest place in London to drink Martinis and other timeless classics.
And while the bar might look the part, it’s far from a quiet cocktail lounge. With DJs, live music, events and collaborations, The Martini Bar is lively, inclusive and full of energy. A place that celebrates the best of London — its architecture, its people, and its ability to turn an ordinary moment into a brilliant one.

The Drinks
At its heart is the cocktail that is both painfully on trend, and perhaps the quintessential classic: the Martini. From our “Ultimate” versions through the blushing Pink Gibson to more playful house Martinis and even Duke’s-style Direct Martinis, the menu is built around precision, ice-cold perfection and a little Hawksmoor irreverence. Expect beautifully made, visually striking drinks, regular guest spots, specials and the kind of ‘drink geekery’ that makes for great stories and even better memories.
Supporting the Martini is a line-up of Hawksmoor favourites and classic cocktails, like our Sacred Six, including the Shaky Pete and Sour Cherry Negroni, alongside our ‘Ultimate Classics’: refined takes on drinks like the Old Fashioned, Gimlet, and Lemon Drop.
The Food
To match the drinks, a Bar food menu that does what we do best: big flavours, generous portions and no restraint whatsoever. Think Scotch olives (an olive stuffed with molten Pevensey Blue cheese), Reuben nuggets, Yorkshire Sloppy Joes and hash browns topped with Exmoor caviar, all made for pairing perfectly with something cold and strong.
The Space
Still unmistakably Hawksmoor, but with a different kind of energy — a little looser, a little louder, and made for people who love a good time. Exactly the kind of bar we’d want to drink in ourselves.
Soaring Gothic arches, ornate detailing and grand, high ceilings that glow golden as the night goes on. Velvet booths, marble-topped tables and soft lamplight bring a warmth and intimacy that balance the drama of the space. A place where the sound of shakers and laughter mix beneath the station’s iconic spires.

We created The Martini Bar for anyone who loves a great drink. From solo sippers at the counter to after-work crowds and late-night celebrators.
Planning something bigger? The Martini Bar is made for it. From intimate gatherings to full-blown parties, the space can host up to 40 guests seated or around 100 standing, with a menu of Martinis, classic cocktails and Hawksmoor bar dishes made for sharing.
Whether it’s a birthday, a team celebration or a toast before your train, we’ll take care of the drinks, food and atmosphere — you just bring the people.
