Collaborations worth leaving our kitchen for

Hawksmoor World Tour

We’ve spent twenty years getting very particular about steaks, cocktails and a space that feels like yours as much as ours. But now and then we get to bring this experience outside our four walls and collaborate with people and places that are just as particular about their craft as we are.

From borrowing a kitchen that isn’t ours, cooking alongside chefs who are brilliant at what they do. To stirring, shaking and pouring the perfect mix with bartenders that are at the top of their game.

You’ll never know where in the world we’ll bring our London energy next, but here’s a little taste…

Dartmouth, Devon, United Kingdom

Hawksmoor x The Seahorse

When: 23 – 25 October, 2026
Where: The Seahorse Restaurant in Dartmouth
How to book: Sunday is now sold out, no booking is required for Martini and Burger pop up

We’re heading to Dartmouth Food Festival and setting up outside our pal Mitch Tonks’ The Seahorse Restaurant.

You’ll be able to sip ice cold cocktails courtesy of our Martini Bar pop-up all weekend long.

On Friday you can catch YouTuber and Hawksmoor fan Calfreezy flipping beef patties and serving up our collab creation The Burgurr.

And on Sunday, Hawksmoor Group Exec Chef Matt Brown will be serving up our award-winning roast inside The Seahorse.

We’re part of Dartmouth Food Festival, which takes over the town all weekend.

Can’t make it to Devon? The roast is on every Sunday, in every Hawksmoor. Use the booking button below.

Where next?

We’re not telling. Not yet. Sign up and you’ll hear it before anyone else, which is about as close to a spoiler as we get. In the meantime, the steaks, the martinis and the Sunday roast are all exactly where you left them.
