The Hawksmoor Steak Flight | Four Cuts, Side by Side

The Hawksmoor Steak Flight

FOUR GREAT STEAKS, SIDE BY SIDE. AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER 7TH.

INTRODUCING THE HAWKSMOOR STEAK FLIGHT

We all have a steak we stick to. Rib-eye, sirloin, fillet – once you’ve found your thing, it’s easy to stay in that lane.

Our new Steak Flight is a chance to mess with that a little. Put your usual up against three very different steaks and see if it still holds its ground. We like to think of it as a steak recce. A really fun one.

The Steak Flight serves four different cuts, from different breeds and farms, for the table to share. Best for four people, but good for five. No special booking required – just order it at the table.

So what’s on the Flight?

Aberdeen Angus fillet

Pure-bred Aberdeen Angus – the breed that conquered the world. Clean, classic and beautifully tender.

Wildfell Wagyu sirloin

Our first-ever Wagyu, raised outdoors in Norfolk and finished on malt nuts and potato peelings. Rich, but still properly beefy.

Hawksmoor Farms rump

From the network of British farms we’ve spent 20 years building. Big on flavour, with a little more chew.

Longhorn rib-eye

The breed Hawksmoor started with 20 years ago – and one that nearly disappeared in the 1970s. Slow-reared and deeply beefy.

FIND YOUR NEW FAVOURITE STEAK

Four excellent steaks arriving at once make dinner feel like a bit of an event. Plates go round and everyone has a say on how the steaks compare. You’ll be amazed the effect breed, diet and farming styles have on the flavour and texture.

Now, we can talk about that stuff till the cows come home, but it’s obvious that the best way to understand the differences – and find what you love – is to taste the steak. And, by getting the best of Hawksmoor in one sitting, you’ll swerve any foodie fomo at the same time.

Still on the fence?

Start with your usual. Put it up against three others and see if it still wins. It might. It might not. Either way, you’ll finally know.

On the way you’ll find out what we’ve been saying for 20 years: cut, breed, feed and farm all change the flavour. Rump, Wagyu sirloin, Longhorn rib-eye and Aberdeen Angus fillet, side by side, in one sitting. No other way to try that much of Hawksmoor at once.

Then there’s the bit that turns dinner into an occasion. Plates going round the table, verdicts being passed, and at least one person declaring themselves a steak expert after two bites.

And best of all, nobody spends the night eyeing up someone else’s plate.
