A London icon inside a London icon. Hawksmoor St Pancras brings our obsession over steak, seafood and cocktails to Sir George Gilbert Scott’s Grade I-listed Gothic Revival masterpiece.
Alongside the restaurant, you’ll find The Martini Bar, an incredible high-ceilinged bar and terrace that we’re hoping will become the best place in London for Martinis, classic cocktails and the best bar food in the country.
We’ll be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, bringing everything we’ve learned over the past twenty years back to one of the most iconic buildings in our home town.

Things to Know if You’ve Booked for Our Soft Launch
If you’ve nabbed a spot, we are so excited to welcome you!
Our Restaurant soft launch runs for lunch and dinner from Monday 17 to Friday 21 November, with extra lunch dates from 24 to 29 November. Enjoy 50% off food in the restaurant. Drinks are not included. We are fully booked for this period, so we cannot accept walk-ins for the restaurant.
Our Martini Bar soft launch runs from Monday 17 to Friday 21 November with 50% off our new bar food menu only. Drinks are not included, and the restaurant menus are not available in the bar. Walk-ins may be available, but space will be very limited.
There is a £10 per person card hold. It is only charged if you do not attend. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your booking.

The Martini Bar

Set inside our beautiful St Pancras restaurant, the Martini Bar is a gloriously decorative, high-ceilinged space dedicated to classic cocktails, reimagined with Hawksmoor’s obsessive passion and attention to detail.
At its heart, it’s a tribute to the Martini; from our “Ultimate” to the Pink Gibson, all served ice-ice-cold, backed up by other classics and Hawksmoor’s Sacred Six favourites (yes, it includes Shaky Pete’s Ginger Brew).
And because great drinks need great food, the Martini Bar has a menu you won’t find anywhere else in Hawksmoor.

Our menus, from à la carte to canapés, focus on the best ingredients, like grass-fed British beef, sustainable seafood, seasonal vegetables and artisanal cheeses, all cooked simply to let the flavours shine. Sunday Roast in St Pancras
Available from 12-5PM every Sunday
Sunday roasts are a Hawksmoor staple and have twice been voted the Best Sunday Lunch in the UK. A whole rump of dry-aged beef is cooked super slow, first on real charcoal and then in the oven. Groups can also choose to feast on a range of dictionary-thick sharing steaks.
We serve the beef with our much-loved trimmings: beef-dripping roast potatoes, buttered greens, carrots and a gigantic Yorkshire pudding – all ready to be doused in our bone-marrow gravy. It’s a proper treat, and a British tradition dating back centuries.
BYO Monday Wine Club
EVERY MONDAY, ALL DAY – £5 CORKAGE
Monday Wine Club is a simple concept: bring any wine you like – doesn’t matter if it’s a first-growth Bordeaux or a bottle of Barefoot – and we’ll only charge you £5 corkage. That’s any size bottle, any time of day. For maximum value bring a Nebuchadnezzar of Nebbiolo and a Balthazar of Bastardo.
Celebrating Rare & Native Breed Beef
For those as passionate about beef and provenance as we are, our UK & Ireland menus feature steaks from named rare and native breeds and farms every weekend* – supporting the farmers and landscapes that make them possible.
Think shaggy-coated Highlands, dappled Longhorns, black-nosed White Parks (as rare as Giant Pandas) and beautifully splotched Irish Moileds. These slow-growing breeds produce extraordinary depth of flavour, and while this might sound strange, by us all enjoying them, we help protect their future.
We work with farmers who put nature first, planting hedgerows, restoring wetlands, rewilding land, and we’re proud to champion their craft. A Great Britain without these magnificent animals would be a poorer place.

What makes our food so good?
Our menus revolve around the very best ingredients we can find. That means beef from native-breed grass-fed cows, along with sustainably sourced seafood from Britain’s bountiful waters. Meanwhile, seasonal fruits, veggies and great British cheeses all come from suppliers who share our care for people and planet.
Hawksmoor St Pancras follows in the footsteps of Hawksmoor Air Street – our most seafood-focused restaurant. Back in 2012, we teamed up with brilliant chef Mitch Tonks – owner of the Seahorse in Dartmouth – to mastermind our seafood offering. He’s the reason we still receive the freshest, most sustainable catch, straight from Brixham fish market in Devon.
