Every Friday after 5 PM, order a Sub-Zero or Dukes Martini and we’ll hook you up with free fries. Not just any fries—Chicago Mag says they’re the #2 in the city (we’ll take it!). The coldest martinis and crispy fries to start the weekend off right, only at Beef & Liberty Bar.

BYO Monday Wine Club

On Mondays in Chicago, we do not charge any corkage when you bring your own wine. You do not need to pass a tricky initiation test to join the club, just come armed with a bottle (or more) of great wine that has been gathering dust in your apartment (or something cheap and cheerful) and you’re in. For maximum value bring a Nebuchadnezzar of Champagne and a Balthazar of Burgundy.

We’ve taken the spark of our sold-out cocktail nights and built a bar around it. London cocktail culture meets Chicago charm.

A place for James Beard-nominated drinks, London-accent interiors, music you can feel, and lighting set firmly to “moody”.

Our ice-cold martinis & next-level, London-inspired snacks headline the new menu. After work drinks, weekend kicks or private parties – this is the place.

The Cult Classic is Back

Our summertime favorite has returned—but only for a limited time.

If you’ve never had the pleasure of meeting an atomic cake, get ready. This legendary Chicago dessert was born on the South Side in the 1950s to celebrate the Atomic Age—and it’s just as bold as it sounds. Picture this: three layers of cake (banana, chocolate, and vanilla), stacked high with custard, whipped cream, fresh bananas, strawberry jam, and rich fudge sauce.

We created our own version to mark our Chicago launch, and it quickly became one of our most-loved desserts. It’s indulgent, nostalgic, and totally over-the-top—in the best possible way.

(It even got a shoutout recently on the Today Show!)

Introducing Sunday Roasts  

Available from 12 – 4:30 PM every Sunday   

Think all-natural, dry-aged beef rump, beef-dripping roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, roasted carrots, buttered seasonal greens, roasted garlic & lashings of bone marrow & onion gravy and the option for a side of cauliflower cheese, and Hawksmoor stuffing.
