A short walk from London Bridge and on the edge of one of the best produce markets in the country, Hawksmoor Borough is located in a former hops warehouse that was repurposed by ‘colonial and foreign fruit’ merchants J. O. Sims in 1932 as a fruit warehouse and auction hall.

Downstairs at Borough the Cooks’ Room is considered one of the best private dining rooms in London. With its own private kitchen, it offers the most immersive private dining experience in the capital with chefs cooking in front of you and your guests. The private dining room can be hired for groups up to 22 people.

On Mondays corkage is £5 all day and on Sundays there are roasts that Observer Food Monthly named amongst the best in the UK. Our Express Menu is available until 6pm every Monday to Saturday and Sunday after 5pm.
