What's on

New menus, limited runs and things worth catching

Most of what we do doesn’t change, and that’s deliberate. The beef, the salt, the fire, the sticky toffee sundae that arrives with two spoons whether you asked for them or not.

But around that there’s always something moving. A rare breed we only get a few of each day. A menu that runs for one season. A weekend spent cooking in a kitchen that isn’t ours. It all lives here. Some of it will still be around next year. Some of it won’t make it to Christmas.

FOUR GREAT STEAKS, SIDE BY SIDE

The Hawksmoor Steak Flight

We can rabbit on about how flavour changes across breeds, feed and farms. But the only way to really get the difference they make is to tuck in.

So that’s what we’ve done. Rump, Wagyu sirloin, Longhorn rib-eye and Aberdeen Angus fillet – ready to pass around, pick apart and maybe discover a new favourite.

Available now, for groups of 4. But we won’t say a word if there’s fewer of you.

Sour or Classic?

To celebrate selling over 500,000 Sour Cherry Negronis, all Hawksmoor UK locations will offer our best-selling tipple for £10 (£7 in Liverpool) starting from the first day of Negroni Week, Monday 21st September until Sunday 18th October, because we feel that this iconic sip deserve more than a week.

We know as one of the world’s most popular cocktails, there are a lot of Negroni purists out there, so our Classic Negroni will also be £10 as well.

As an added bonus, both the Sour Cherry and Classic Negronis will be £5 for Happy Hour between 4PM – 5PM from Monday to Friday at all Hawksmoor locations in England between 21st September to 18th October.

Christmas at Hawksmoor

We love Christmas. Not the tinsel-wrapped, Mariah-on-repeat kind, but the one that’s about good food, lovely company and just the right amount of festive spirit.

Feasting cuts built for sharing, festive sides for the table, and puddings worth saving room for. Private dining rooms for 13 to 55, semi-private corners for something more relaxed, standing receptions for up to 250, and full venue hire when you want the place to yourselves, across London, Manchester, Liverpool and Edinburgh.

Parties of 15 or fewer can book right now and get confirmed on the spot. For anything bigger, send us an enquiry and we’ll take it from there. Like hosting at home, but without the cooking, cleaning or chaos.

Lunch & Early Evening Set Menus

Lunch set menu 1/2/3 courses for £21/£26/£30
Early evening set menu 2/3 courses for £26/£30

Two menus, two moods. One for the middle of the day, one for that hour when work lets go and the night hasn’t properly started.

Lunch is built for days when time’s tight but your standards aren’t. A quick one before you get on with it, or a slow one if the afternoon can spare you. Early evening asks for a little more and gives a little more back. Pre-theatre plans. A drink and a reset after work. A catch-up that feels like a treat without turning into a late one.

*Opening times and availability vary by restaurant, please check the restaurant’s menu pages for details.

Calfreezy x Hawksmoor

Calfreezy, YouTuber, podcaster and the internet’s loudest burger critic, is also one of our longest-standing regulars. We handed him a kitchen and Matt Brown, our Group Executive Chef, and let him build his ultimate burger.

COLLABORATIONS WORTH LEAVING OUR KITCHEN FOR

Hawksmoor World Tour

Twenty years in, we’ve got fairly particular about steaks, cocktails and rooms that feel like yours as much as ours. Every so often we take all of it somewhere else.

Borrowing a kitchen that isn’t ours and cooking alongside chefs who are brilliant at what they do. Setting up a Martini Bar in a town that wasn’t expecting one. Pop-ups, festivals and one-off dinners with people as particular about their craft as we are about ours. You’ll never quite know where our London energy lands next, which we think is rather the point. Have a look at where we’re headed.

Sunday Roast

The Sunday roast has been a Hawksmoor stalwart for years, twice voted Best Sunday Lunch in the UK. It’s the one dish that pulls in every section of the kitchen, and we take the whole thing awfully seriously.

So when you asked for new cuts, we happily obliged. Swap your rump for a thick sirloin, cooked low and slow, rested properly, and carved to sit proudly alongside the trimmings you know and love.

You also called for proper veggie options. Not the polite alternative, the real deal. Enter the Winslade Wellington roast, wrapped in golden pastry and served with roast potatoes (without beef dripping, of course), seasonal veg, slow-roasted garlic, light and fluffy yorkies and onion gravy.

There’s a new Sunday Feasting menu, too, with sharing sides to match.

Two plates of pink roast beef with a Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and greens, red wine, and side dishes on a dark table.

Longhorn is Back at Hawksmoor

Longhorn beef holds a special place in our story. It is the rare native breed that helped shape Hawksmoor nearly twenty years ago. Slow-grown cattle raised properly producing beautifully rich beef with remarkable depth of flavour.

You will now find Longhorn on the menu as our Longhorn Feast. Generous sharing cuts of dry-aged beef cooked over live charcoal and served with roasted bone marrow and slow-cooked onions.

Longhorn is a rare breed so the amount we receive each day is small. Once those steaks are gone they are gone.

SOMEWHERE WORTH MAKING A FUSS

Birthdays & Celebrations

Birthdays that run long. Anniversaries worth the fuss. Promotions, engagements, and Tuesdays that turned into something.

Tables of up to fourteen book online, and you tell us in the notes what we’re marking. For anything bigger, or a room with a door that closes, send an enquiry and one of our events team comes back with menus, spaces and a person to talk to.

No hire fees, flexible minimum spends. The beef, the bar and the people looking after you are exactly the same either way, which is rather the point.

BYO Wine Mondays

Have you heard of our Monday Wine Club?

It’s a simple concept: bring any wine you like – doesn’t matter if it’s a first-growth Bordeaux or a bottle of Barefoot – and we’ll only charge you £5 corkage. That’s any size bottle, any time of day. For maximum value bring a Nebuchadnezzar of Nebbiolo and a Balthazar of Bastardo.

Hawksmoor Boston Is Now Open!

We’re at 15 Necco, in the heart of Fort Point. Around 200 seats, sweeping views across the Fort Point Channel, and a large outdoor terrace made for long lunches, celebratory dinners, late night Martinis and everything in between.

Boston is our fifteenth restaurant, and it opens in our twentieth anniversary year, which feels rather fitting.

Every Hawksmoor reflects the city it calls home. Boston is no different.

The best of London. The best of Boston. Together at last.

Doors are open. Bookings are open.

Join Our Mailing List

Most of what’s on this page reached somebody’s inbox before it reached this page. That’s the deal with the mailing list: early word on what’s coming, soft launch invitations when a new restaurant opens, the occasional offer, and musings from Will and Huw when they’ve got something worth saying.

Sign up and you go into our monthly draw for a meal for two, which is how we say thanks for the inbox space. Not keen on all of it? There’s a preference centre, so you can keep what you want and drop the rest.
