St. Patrick’s Day has always been one of our favorite dates on the calendar, and this year, and this year is no exception. Ever since opening our doors in Dublin in 2023, we’ve been inspired by the warmth, wit, and flavors of Ireland. So all March long, we’re raising a glass (or three) to St. Patrick with a nod to our Dublin roots.
Our bar team has mixed up a trio of limited-edition cocktails inspired by Ireland’s finest flavors. Bold, smooth, rich, and a little indulgent where it counts – a recipe for good company.
And because no proper celebration runs on drinks alone, our chefs are turning out hearty, comforting plates made for passing, sharing, and the inevitable “go on, have another bite-ing”, with a few secret touches borrowed from our friends in Dublin.
It’s the kind of celebration we love most: excellent food, beautiful drinks, and every excuse to gather.
