Our home in New York’s historic United Charities Building – near Gramercy Park and Madison Square Park – remained closed to the public for over a century.
Today, this spectacular space, featuring a 26-foot vaulted ceiling and mosaic floors, is the highlight of our 160-seat steakhouse restaurant, 35-seat bar, and two private dining spaces.
Our menu showcases all-natural beef from family-run farms, many located in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and New England. We simply season our steaks with flaked sea salt and sear them over live-fire charcoal.

Saturday – 12:00 pm – 3:00pm & 5.00pm-10.30pm
Sunday – 12:00pm – 4:30pm & 5:00pm – 9:30pm
