Prime Rib Roast 

A very British Sunday classic, now available every night. Served with horseradish and a giant Yorkshire pudding. And a family-style Rib Roast – a whole joint carved tableside.

The British breakfast spread, now your new favorite steak sauce. Peak umami. 

Oysters Caruso 

Our delicious fresh rock oysters from Island Creek served with Caruso’s finely chopped Giardiniera relish (which has been referred to as ‘Chicago’s caviar’.)

Jonah Crab Claws 

Versatile crab meat native to North American waters that speaks for itself. Accompanied by a lemon wedge and crab sauce.  

Chop House Hash Browns 

Deep-fried in beef dripping for golden crunch and beefy umami. Served with malt vinegar mayonnaise.
