Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The “Hawksmoor in London” (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry, are (a) twenty-one (21) years of age or older; and (b) residents of Boston, Massachusetts and the surrounding area. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, “surrounding area” means Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Plymouth counties. Employees, household members (legally related or not) of employees, and the immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, legal-guardians, in-laws, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and children) of employees of the following entities are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes: (1) Underdog Restaurants Limited, doing business as Hawksmoor Boston (“Hawksmoor Boston”), and/or any of the respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, governors, owners, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives and agents of any of the foregoing entities. In these Sweepstakes rules (the “Official Rules”), the above entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and agents are collectively referred to as the “Sponsor Entities.” By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant represents and warrants that the entrant meets the above eligibility requirements and agrees to abide by these Official Rules.

2. Time for and Method of Entry

The entry period for the Sweepstakes (“Entry Period”) will begin at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 2, 2026, and will end at 12:00 AM ET on July 31, 2026. No entries will be accepted after 12:00 AM ET on July 31, 2026.

There is one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes, as follows:

Online Entry: Visit the dedicated Sweepstakes landing page at https://thehawksmoor.com/us/boston-competition/#form (“Entry Website”). To enter, you must: (a) follow @hawksmoorboston on Instagram by clicking the link provided on the Entry Website; and (b) completely fill out and submit the entry form (“Entry Form”), providing your first name, last name, email address, Instagram handle, and confirmation that you are aged 21 or over and reside in Boston or the surrounding area. Once the Entry Form is successfully completed and submitted, the entrant will be automatically entered to win the prize described in Section 4.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information, multiple e-mail accounts, multiple Instagram handles or otherwise may be disqualified. Mechanically reproduced entries may be disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer program, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, forged, mass-reproduced or mass-transmitted, mutilated, stolen, destroyed, invalid, delayed, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, undelivered or garbled electronic entries; and such entries are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, failed computer, satellite, telephone, or cable transmissions, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an online entry is “received” when the Entry Website’s servers record the entry information. The Entry Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements are void.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner.

3. Prize Rules

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof), or take any other action deemed necessary, should any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to applicable law, regulation, or government action, war or armed conflict, labour controversy, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to abide by these Official Rules may result in disqualification. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

The prize is not transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with one of comparable or greater retail value, in its sole discretion. All costs and expenses not stated herein as being provided in connection with the redemption, receipt and/or use of the prize are the responsibility of the Prize Winner, including, without limitation, transportation not explicitly included in the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

4. Prize Winner Selection and Notification

There will be one (1) winner of the prize described below (the “Prize Winner”). The Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing following the end of the Entry Period, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prior to the award of any prize, the Sponsor will verify that the Prize Winner is following @hawksmoorboston on Instagram using the Instagram handle submitted on the Entry Form. Any entry for which the Instagram follow cannot be verified will be deemed ineligible and an alternate winner will be selected.

The Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Prize”):

(a) Flights: Return economy or premium economy flights for the Prize Winner and one (1) guest from Boston, Massachusetts (BOS) to London, United Kingdom (LHR or LGW) (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,750.00). Specific airline, routing, and fare class are subject to availability and will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion;

(b) Hotel accommodation: Three (3) to four (4) nights’ accommodation for two (2) people at a centrally located, four-star hotel in London, as selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV $825.00); and

(c) Dinner: Dinner for two (2) at a Hawksmoor restaurant in London, with a dining credit of up to £500 GBP (approximately $630.00 USD). The dinner credit does not include gratuity. Any spend above £500 GBP must be settled directly by the Prize Winner on the night. Any unspent balance cannot be carried over, exchanged, or refunded.

Total ARV of Prize: approximately $3,000.00–$3,205.00 USD.

The Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the close of the Entry Period. It is the sole responsibility of each entrant to ensure their contact information is accurate and current. The Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information. Each entrant who is selected as Prize Winner must respond to the Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving notice. In the event an entrant who is selected as Prize Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or declines the prize, another winner will be selected using the same criteria under this Section.

5. Additional Prize Terms

The following terms apply to the Prize:

1. The Prize is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of award. All travel must be completed within this period. No extensions will be granted.
2. Travel is subject to availability and must be booked in advance in coordination with the Sponsor. The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Prize Winner’s preferred travel dates, but cannot guarantee specific dates.
3. The following travel blackout periods apply and travel cannot be taken during these dates: the full months of November & December, and all U.K. and U.S. public holidays.
4. All travel, transfers, transport costs, meals, incidentals, and any other costs not explicitly stated as part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner and their guest.
5. The Prize Winner and their guest must hold valid passports for the duration of travel. It is the Prize Winner’s sole responsibility to obtain any required travel visas or documentation. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any failure to obtain required travel documentation.
6. The Prize Winner must be aged 21 or over at the time of travel. The Prize Winner’s guest must be aged 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
7. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the prize received. An IRS Form 1099 or equivalent may be issued in the name of the Prize Winner for the actual value of the prize received.
8. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
9. Hawksmoor reserves the right to substitute any element of the Prize with one of equal or greater value.

Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for being awarded a prize, each Prize Winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such Prize Winner’s name, image, likeness, and information submitted with the Entry Form, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), worldwide, in perpetuity, in any and all advertising, Sweepstakes and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor.

Each Prize Winner may be required to execute a release of liability, publicity release, and/or an affidavit affirming eligibility, and other documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor (collectively, the “Required Documentation”). Failure to execute Required Documentation if requested will result in ineligibility for any prize and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of becoming the Prize Winner are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. There will be one (1) Prize Winner selected from among all valid entries received during the Entry Period, as described in Section 2 above.

7. Liabilities and Dispute Resolution

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees (a) that the Sponsor maintains the right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the Sweepstakes, that the Sponsor’s determination of a Prize Winner will be final and binding, and (b) to hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, claims, damages, or causes of actions (however named or described, whether alleged or actual), with respect to or arising out of or relating to: (i) the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to personal injury, death and/or property damage; (ii) the delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of, misuse of, or inability to use any prize; and (iii) travel to or from any Sweepstakes-related activity.

8. Identification of Prize Winner

For identification of the Prize Winner, or for a copy of the Official Rules, send a written request to: Hawksmoor in London Sweepstakes, 15 Necco Street, Boston, MA 02210. The written request must be received no later than 30 days after competition close (August 30, 2026).

9. Disputes

THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek punitive, incidental, exemplary, indirect, consequential or special damages, lost profits, and/or any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. The forum and venue for any dispute shall be in Massachusetts.

10. Privacy

Personally identifiable information submitted by entrants as part of the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the Prize Winner, fulfil the prize, and add entrants to the Hawksmoor marketing database. By entering, each entrant consents to receiving marketing communications from Hawksmoor. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be treated in accordance with Hawksmoor’s privacy policy, accessible at https://thehawksmoor.com/us/privacy-disclaimer/

11. Sponsor

Underdog Restaurants Limited (“Hawksmoor”) is doing business as Hawksmoor Boston, 15 Necco Street, Boston, MA 02210.

12. Miscellaneous

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Each entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules will prevail, govern, and control.
