What's on the menu?
Think of it as a collision of traditions: British beefsteak revelry, South American steakhouse mastery, and a room full of Chicagoans ready to get their hands a little messy in the pursuit of really good meat.
Family-style platters of will arrive at the table in generous waves (if you’re expecting silverware, you’re in the wrong place). Bread stacked high. Beer flowing freely. And somewhere along the way you’ll realize you’ve stopped worrying about table manners entirely.
Come hungry. The menu includes starters like Puffed Beef Tendon, Gougères with rarebit, raw oysters, Morcilla and Chorizo. As for mains, you can look forward to a cornucopia of meat, including Shortloin, Chateaubriand, and Beef Ribs; with plenty of Bone Marrow Gravy, and Chimichurri and Salsa Criolla you can soak up with mountains of Sourdough Bread or Beef Dripping Chips – both, if you prefer. And trust us, you won’t want to miss dessert: Beef dripping doughnuts with maple bacon and custard.
