Welcome to the club.
We’re teaming up with legendary Chicago butcher Rob Levitt of Publican Quality Meats to celebrate all things beef—paying homage to London’s original Steak Club, The Sublime Society of Beefsteaks (est. 1735).
It was once so exclusive even the Prince of Wales had to wait his turn. (He eventually got in—and earned the nickname “The Prince of Whales” thanks to his love of beef and booze.)

Introducing Sunday Roasts
Available from 12 – 4:30 PM every Sunday
Think all-natural, dry-aged beef rump, beef-dripping roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, roasted carrots, buttered seasonal greens, roasted garlic & lashings of bone marrow & onion gravy and the option for a side of cauliflower cheese, and Hawksmoor stuffing.
BYO Monday Wine Club
On Mondays in Chicago, we do not charge any corkage when you bring your own wine (up to 2 bottles per guest)*. You do not need to pass a tricky initiation test to join the club, just come armed with a bottle (or more) of great wine that has been gathering dust in your apartment (or something cheap and cheerful) and you’re in. For maximum value bring a Nebuchadnezzar of Champagne and a Balthazar of Burgundy.
