Dukes Martinis

Created at Dukes Hotel in London, these martinis emphasize temperature ahead of everything.
We bring the spirit down to –2˚f (as cold as it gets without burning your lips) and hold it in insulated flasks to maintain that temperature.

They’re strong (max 2 per person) but incredibly good.
