From London to Edinburgh, our private dining rooms are made for occasions that deserve more than a long table and a bottle of something decent.

In London, host 20–22 guests at Borough, 22–24 in the wood-panelled calm of Guildhall, or 21 overlooking the water at Wood Wharf. For bigger celebrations, Spitalfields welcomes 35–55 guests, while St Pancras keeps things intimate at 12–14.

Beyond the capital, the same Hawksmoor standards travel well: 13 or 48 guests in Edinburgh, 18 in Liverpool, and 10–14 in Manchester — each room built for generous plates of dry-aged beef, serious wine and service that understands the rhythm of a great night.
