Hawksmoor Boston brings together private dining rooms, flexible event spaces and a terrace with views across the Fort Point Channel, all moments from downtown Boston and the Seaport. Whether you need a room for ten around the table or exclusive use of the whole building, every space comes with the food, drinks and service that Hawksmoor is known for.
Smaller rooms like Lobster and the Bar Window Banquet work well for executive dinners, private celebrations and intimate client gatherings. The Duchess of Boston and the main dining room suit larger groups, company events and seated celebrations. And for occasions that call for something more, the terrace and full venue buyout are there for the taking.

Tucked away and entirely your own, The Lobster room was named after a Shorthorn bull born in 1898 – well-bred, sturdy, named by someone with a sense of humor. A particularly fitting name for a room in our new waterfront home in a city that’s spent three centuries hauling lobsters out of the harbor.
Built-in plug-and-play AV means presentations, speeches or a bit of background entertainment are all straightforward. The food does the rest.

The Duchess of Boston sits above the Channel with water views that give the room its character. Named for a Shorthorn cow, first recorded in the 1880s as the founder of her own small dynasty. “Duchess” was the great status name in Shorthorns, borrowed from the most fashionable bloodline in the business – at a time when a single cow from that family could sell for more than most people’s houses. Duchess has a warmth and scale that works for everything from a corporate dinner to a birthday worth celebrating properly.
The curtains pull for privacy when you need it. Built-in plug-and-play AV when you want to run a presentation or set the right tone. And a dedicated serving team who make sure the evening goes exactly as it should.
The Bar:
Service comes to you, courtesy of a dedicated event server, so no one is standing at the bar waiting for their next round. The Bar’s high-top tables work well for company drinks, client receptions and team celebrations that feel relaxed rather than corporate.

The Terrace:
A cocktail reception with a view that earns its keep. The Half Terrace looks out over the Fort Point Channel and comes with flexible banquet seating, a dedicated remote bar and a TV screen for presentations or custom branding.
Works well as a standing reception before dinner, or as the whole occasion when the evening and the view are doing enough of the work on their own.

The Terrace:
Built-in banquet tables in the heart of the terrace, under large umbrellas, with some of the best waterfront views in the building. The kind of spot people remember booking.
Ideal for intimate dinners, client entertainment and special occasions that want the feel of the outside without losing the comfort. Scales down to 16 if you want something smaller.

Our events menus start from the same place every Hawksmoor menu does: buy the best, cook it over charcoal, do not mess it up.
Steaks arrive at the center of the table in cast-iron skillets, sliced thick, properly rested. Around them come beef-dripping fries, rich sides and sauces that earn their place. For larger parties and standing receptions, the format adapts without losing what makes it worth it. Proper food, served with confidence, at the right pace for the room.
Drinks get the same care. Award-winning cocktails, a wine list chosen by our sommeliers, and flexible packages that can open with a proper welcome drink and carry through to the last round. If you would rather order drinks as you go, that works too.
