Why is our food so good
As a proud B Corp, we aim to be a company that everyone can feel proud of: you, our customers; our team members; local charity groups; and, of course, our suppliers. The result is that we get to show off the best produce the US has to offer. And you get to eat it.
That means menus featuring all-natural beef from ethically reared cattle, carefully cooked over live-fire charcoal; along with sustainable seafood, fresh local produce and artisanal cheeses. It’s all part of our goal to become one of Boston’s best steak and seafood restaurants. But, of course, we’ll let you be the judge of that.
