In Britain, Sunday roast isn’t just a meal, it’s a ritual. We’ve brought it to Chicago and New York the only way we know how – properly. Dry-aged beef, crisp roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and plenty of gravy, all served generously and without fuss.

It’s the kind of meal that slows things down, fills the table, and gives you a very good reason to stay a little longer.

Salted caramel chocolates – our nod to a childhood favourite we’re not allowed to name (but you’ll get it straight away). Crisp on the outside, giving way to soft, buttery caramel with just the right touch of salt. Sweet, nostalgic and dangerously easy to keep reaching for – just the thing to round things off, or to take away for someone who should have been there.
