A great bottle of wine doesn’t need a special occasion. It just needs the right food, the right glasses and somewhere worth drinking it.
Every Monday at Hawksmoor Chicago, bring any bottle you like, any size, and we won’t charge you any corkage. No ceremony, no side-eye, no awkward questions about where it came from. Just proper glasses, the right temperature and a team who’ll treat your bottle with the same care and respect we give our own list.
Mondays, it turns out, are pretty good.
A first-growth Bordeaux you’ve been saving for the right moment. Something picked up on a trip and carried home carefully. A perfectly cheerful bottle that cost less than your Uber here.
We genuinely don’t mind. The steak deserves a glass of something good and so do you. What’s in the bottle is entirely your business.

Tell them what you’re thinking of ordering, and they’ll steer you toward something that’ll make your steak, or your seafood, sing. They’ll even recommend the best local wine shops if you’d rather browse in person first.
Our Happy Hour runs every day from 5 to 6pm. Steak & fries for $25, the Notorious B.E.E.F for $21, cocktails for $12 or under.
Combine that with a Monday and your own bottle of wine and, well. We’ll leave the math to you. We’re not going to shout about it. But we’re not going to stop you either.
