INTRODUCING THE HAWKSMOOR STEAK FLIGHT

Most of us have a steak we stick to. Ribeye, strip, filet – once you’ve found your thing, it’s easy to return to it every time, right?

Our new Steak Flight is a chance to change things up a bit. So you and your table-mates can compare your usual to something new – and see if it holds its ground. It’s like a steak scouting trip. A really fun one.

Available at our Chicago and New York restaurants from October 7, for a limited time.

There’s more to it than that.

Four excellent steaks arriving at once make dinner feel like a bit of an event. Plates go round and everyone has a say on how the steaks compare. Honestly, you’ll be amazed the effect breed, diet and farming styles have on the flavor and texture.

We can talk about that stuff till the cows come home, but obviously the best way to understand the differences – and find what you love – is to taste the steak. And, by getting the best of Hawksmoor in one sitting, you’ll swerve any foodie fomo at the same time.

Here’s how it works.

The Steak Flight serves up exceptional steak, across four different cuts, breeds and farms. Best for four people, but good for five. No special booking required – just order it at the table. So what’s on the flight then?

8oz grass-fed Black Angus filet

Grass Run Farms, Upper Midwest

Deeper flavor, slightly firmer texture, a life lived outdoors.

12oz grass-fed Wagyu strip

Altair Wagyu, Tasmania

100% grass-fed Wagyu, and our one exception to American sourcing. Wagyu marbling on grass alone is considered virtually impossible – Altair does it.

10oz Akaushi Wagyu strip

Chatel Farms, Georgia

Rare Japanese Wagyu crossed with Black Angus, pasture-raised. Wagyu marbling and tenderness, with genuine beefy complexity.

14oz Black Angus rib-eye

Chatel Farms, Georgia

Same farm as the Akaushi, but a completely different beast. The backbone of our beef program: pasture-raised, lightly grain-finished, deeply beefy.
