Don’t just take our word for it, Chicago Mag recently named Hawksmoor’s beef dripping chips the city’s No. 2 best fries. Why? Our signature fries are triple cooked and fried in rendered beef fat, otherwise known as tallow, a method celebrated for its flavor and high smoke point. These fries have a serious following.
